Walk-in Centres and Minor Injury Units

Walk-in centres can be used for minor illness and medical concerns that do not need emergency care, such as coughs, chest infections, fevers, sore throats and headaches.

Minor injury units deal with cuts, bites, sprains, bone muscle or joint injuries.  Some minor injuries units also perform xrays.
